I am not one of those people who hate dandelions. In fact, I love them. They're so cheerful! Lovely little yellow flowers that brighten up the monotony. Then they turn into fluff, and you blow them and make a wish, and they dance off in the breeze.
You're right, they're pretty. It must be that we hear they are weeds from such a young age that we think they are naturally unattractive.
I think it's a conspiracy by the chemical companies to sell more weed killer. ;)
Dandelions are lovely flowers -- and the fact you can wish upon them is a bonus!
