Grandmothers' Garden
Not far from where I live, there's a lovely little spot called Grandmothers' Garden. In the Colonial Revival style, the park was designed as a memorial to the mother of the man who deeded the property to the city of Westfield. It is maintained entirely by volunteers, and it has a lovely assortment of flowers and ornamental plants, as well as brick-paved pathways and a wisteria-covered gazebo.
As you can see, it's a place I love to go back to again and again. You can see a set of my favorites here.

new blog
I've started a new photo blog, which I'm calling (so far) Doorways into Faerie. It's a little different from this one in that I'm trying to tell a story with the picture, rather than just showcasing the picture and telling where it was taken. Check it out, if you would, and let me know what you think! I would love feedback and suggestions. Thanks!
